Weston turned 11 on July 20th!

| Weston decided he wanted a Minecraft birthday cake. I was worried at first (b/c those tiny little squares can be hard to make!!! :) ) But, when he told me he wanted a block of sod, I knew I would have fun with it. The 'mud' is a mixture of crushed Oreos and chocolate frosting (an idea found on Pinterest, of course.) It really was the best "dirt" we'd ever tasted!! |
And WES just had his birthday on August 19th!!!!

| Wes has wanted a fryer forever. Wings are his favorite thing, but we can't get them here. So.... happy birthday!...we finally got him a fryer. :) |

| We topped it off with a homemade Oreo Pizookie. Have you ever had a Pizookie? Oh. My. Goodness. Melt in your mouth, gooey, chocolatey decadence. You have to eat it HOT and right out of the pan!!! It's amazing. |

Carolina's birthday is coming up next!... September 18th! :) Last year, we were in the States for her birthday and life was just too hectic to post, so here's a pic of the cake we made for Carolina, Margaret and Brooke... all 3 cousins share birthdays within several weeks of each other.
So... what will Carolina's theme of choice be for this coming birthday??? We have yet to figure that out... :) We will keep you posted. :)
